Our business (The “Service”) is operated by Resonates with me  (“us”, “we”, or “our” or “Resonates WM”). The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Resonates with me and its licensors. Intellectual property includes but is not limited to: the documents and or videos that you may receive as an inclusion to the service we provided, information within newsletters and emails, and any information on the www.resonateswithme.com website.

Intellectual property also includes any content within documents and guidelines, of pre-consultation resources such as style and colour information questionnaires, interviews, or any recordings of sessions as a result of any consultation or communication with resonates with me. All colour and style information from Resonates with me website or our personnel must not be shared, copied or distributed, with any third parties without “written” consent from the legal entity and proprietor of Resonates with me.

Special note:  This website uses WP-compatible themes that may change from time to time. At the moment the beautiful theme picture of the girl walking on the avenue is from ASHE Theme from WP Royale, and they hold the Copyright for the main image. Other images and illustrations you come across on this site as icons or inserts that are not attached to the theme are generally (but not always) taken from Pixabay and sometimes given a reference – however they were selected due to their commercial Licensing availability. The other images found on this website, any attached materials, or materials within our printables are generally under the copyright of Resonates with me. However, if you think you are an owner of any image you see and you didn’t request that image to be downloaded as a royalty-free image, for commercial use, please use the contact page to contact us by addressing your email to our “legal team” and they will take the requested image down. Please also be aware we have a stringent identification process in place to verify the identities of all requestees.

Refunds Policy

Sorry, no refunds are issued on any of our services or products once the payment has been made. Resonates with me reserves the right to change the date of delivery of the service/product or cancel the request with a refund in any event and will notify the party involved.

Fees are not refundable if the product or service is interrupted or cancelled due to an act of God, Covid-19 event, government health directive or terrorist act, technological or postal failure or other event outside the control of Resonates with me. In these circumstances Resonates with me will endeavour to make alternative arrangements (dates and use different systems) for clients to receive their information. Please make certain you are sure our product or service is the right one for you before purchasing from resonates with me to avoid or combat any disappointment. As we work to a schedule, once the process begins our Stylist and Researcher would have already commenced your request and marked out times in their work schedule to devote time to your order.

Pricing Policy

All prices stated on the Resonates with me website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services tax) where applicable.

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-transferrable to another person other than the person whose name appears on the gift voucher. They can be redeemed for other services of the same value or similar type or upgraded when the difference is paid in advance. You can purchase gift vouchers from our website through Master Card or Visa. If you don’t fill in the questionnaire or arrange the actioning of the gift within the expiry period it will expire and it is non-refundable. You may want to inform the person whom you are buying the gift for of these terms upfront.

Competitions

Please visit the Competition Terms and Conditions page and read this thoroughly if you are entering our competition and take note they are only open to 18+ respecting laws in our country.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. With continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
